Return & Refund Policy
At krling.com, we understand that shopping for your furry friends should be a worry-free experience. Our goal is to ensure that you and your pets are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we're here to help.
Refunds And Returns For Conditions
Within 60 days after delivery of the order, if the pet products has the following problems, we will allow the return or refund of the item:
- The pet product is broken when you receive it.
- The pet product is not what you ordered.
- Quality issue during your application
If you meet the conditions above, you can record a video or images to prove the problem. And send it to service@Krling.com, once we confirm that the pet products cannot work or the product is not what you ordered, we will arrange to return and refund.
If due to our reasons, the pet products received are damaged or not correct, customers are not required to bear the shipping fee.
If you want to return or refund due to personal reasons, such as purchasing the wrong item, or no longer wanting the items, customers need to pay the return shipping fee within 60 days after delivery.
How to start your returns & refund?
Before returning, please contact us for return details and the correct return address. All returns for refund must be authorized by us within 60 days of delivery with a valid RMA Number, please contact us at service@Krling.com.
Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and will not affect the second sale. Once the returned order arrives back at the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
RMA Numbers
Each order being returned must have a valid return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Only one RMA number will be issued per order, if two or more products are being returned that are on different orders, each order needs a separate RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
The RMA number will be valid for 15 days upon issue or receiving.
Timeframe For Returns & Refunds
- Returns are processed during normal business hours (Weekdays, 9 am-6 pm).
- You will receive a confirmation email from us after receiving your product within 24 hours.
- After receiving the product from you our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item to make sure they are unopened and in their original condition.
- Upon passing our inspection, a refund will be processed to you and you will be notified by email. Please be informed that it will take 3-5 business days to be processed after receiving the returned product.
- If your item fails the inspection, we will inform you about our decision that either we will send the item back to you at your own expense or destroy it.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It usually takes 3--5 business days to refund your account depending on the bank.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@Krling.com.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for those products that are damaged or quality problem upon delivery. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at service@Krling.com with a description of the damage or defect within 60 days of the purchase date.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If your item is currently in transit then unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order.
To cancel your order, please contact service@Krling.com or you can message us online & we'll get back to you shortly.
Note:
When sending us an email please write the following information:
- Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
- Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
- The email address you used to purchase the order
Orders will be canceled within 24 hours from when they are received.
Cancellation Timeframe
After your order cancellation is approved, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed by your financial institution.
